Ok, folks, this is my last Ishii upload. Totsugeki! Hakata gurentai is his first feature and last 8mm film. Haven't watched it yet myself, but from the looks of it, this is very much reminescent of eighties and nineties v-cinema, sort of like early Miike (only made in 1978). There is considerably more dialogue than in his earlier films, but it doesn't seem too complicated plotw...。影片始于一个贫农的故事，终于一场革命，讲述了多米尼加共和国风雨飘摇的历史。1908年，一个名为利波里奥的男人在该国南部的一场飓风中消失，他的家人和村民都以为他死了。某一天，他突然以先知的身份回到家乡，声称自己肩负着上帝赋予的任务。自那之后，他通过预言和施展的一系列神迹吸引了许多信徒。于是，他带领民众隐居山间，成立了一个不受军政府和外部殖民者管辖的自治社群。他们的自由之梦能否长久？。
