故事讲述“北腿王”谭道良因遭“地腿王”彭刚的弟弟挑衅，不慎受伤，后结识“南腿王”夏光莉，在其师傅的指点下学习南派“莫家腿”，兼具南北之长。彭为独霸“腿王”称号，杀死夏的师傅，谭与夏为师报仇联手击杀彭，让他临死前终于明白了一个道理——没有任何一个门派可以独霸天下。。Each week viewers see the gritty reality of life in a New York City Police unit as the officers go about their work with a grim determination.
