Plebs follows three desperate young men from the suburbs...。以“孝”为切入点，6位明星及其父母（其中一位）共同生活6天5夜为创作点，直击人伦亲情，人性善本。。泰国的小乡村迎来了一批军人在此驻扎。其中，有一个叫做KENG（班洛浦•罗蒙内Banlop Lomnoi 饰）的士兵跟乡村孩子TONG（萨克达•凯伍布迪 Sakda Kaewbuadee 饰）相识。开始，TONG和一个女孩眉目传情，但终究擦肩而过。在工厂帮忙的TONG，向 KENG学开车，两人由此建立了深厚的感情…… KENG和TONG的感情慢慢从友情开始升华。TONG的妈妈无意中发现了TONG对KENG示好的卡片。为了不让儿子越陷越深，她带领两人穿越地下隧道拜佛祈求神佑。在茂密的丛林中，两人无意中听到一个古老的传说——爱意会让情人的灵魂幻化成老虎。没想到竟然一语成谶…… 本片荣获第57届戛纳电影节评审团大奖。。
