In the year 2772, a meteor of unknown origin collides with the planet Earth, transforming it and some of its inhabitants forever. Included in this transformation are the descendants of the classic Looney Tunes characters, who become super-powered heroes, yet still retaining the wacky personalities of their ancestors.。故事讲述罗家英饰演的富豪华侨，携巨资归国回报家乡，一路上，这位神通广大老好人展现出他千变万化的招数，与涓子饰演的记者，还有郭金杰饰演的工程公司老板，上演各种爆笑桥段。资金大事尚未落定前，突如其来的变数又打乱了工程公司老板的所有算盘，各路牛鬼蛇神的加入，混乱场面里又生出不少笑话。而最终的故事将怎样发展，事情还是未知之数。。
