一位普通少女小玉因抱打不平结识灵骑尉成员张昊，两人是天生的一对欢喜冤家。在两人吵吵闹闹之中，小玉无意卷入了一场驱灵的任务当中。在小玉协助张昊驱灵的过程中，她发现鬼和人一样都是有灵魂，有情感需求，有人性柔软的一面。最终这些留在人间不肯离去的鬼魂通过亲情、爱情等感情沟通的方式把生前的误会、遗憾化解之后，也就自动驱散了。。The story is set in the 1930s, somewhere in the mountains in Romania. It centres on Simion, a ranger who lives like a hermit in the middle of the forest. One day, he stumbles upon a beaten-up woman, Irina, and tries to find out who has hurt her. He also tries to stay away from her but fails.。
