每期节目，一位有家庭空间改造需求的主人公带着他的故事，来到节目组特设的一个设计空间，由主持人和设计师根据他的需求和家庭故事为他或他想制造惊喜的家人对象设计梦想中的“一席之地”。。Robert Thorogood adapts his own novels alongside Lucia Haynes (“Vera”) and Julia Gilbert (“Midsomer Murders”), each of whom will write a two-episode murder mystery. Thorogood’s episodes will be an adaptation of his second novel, “Death Comes to Marlow” while Haynes and Gilbert are set to pen brand new stories.。
