《惊喜来敲门》是湖南卫视创新推出的3期以“打造惊喜”为大主题的特别节目，以16扇“惊喜之门”为节目标识，以“情景出题、问答通关”为主要形式，根据主题设计的竞答，围绕生活方式、国货自信、美食文旅等方面，以“直播竞猜”的形式为观众送上丰厚惊喜。。節目透過主持和嘉賓一同經歷不同經歷和挑戰，從驚喜中帶人生在世的不同思考課題，以及活在當下的訊息、面對生死這個課題的看法。節目中，每一次許廷鏗都會和該集嘉賓參與為他們度身訂造的旅程，並在不同挑戰中帶出主題，反思人生中的不同議題。。NeNe travels to Vegas where she joins the cast of "Zumanity", a cabaret-style show by Cirque Du Soleil. Phaedra and her husband Apollo prepare for the sentence day. Both Kenya and Porsha open up about the aftermath of the physical altercation which happened during the taping of the reunion show last season.
