Christmas is supposed to be a time for peace and joyful family reunions. But when Matt and his wife Karen show up unannounced at the home of his estranged brother Steve to celebrate the holidays, they are instead greeted with a horrifying surprise: trapped in the basement is a man. But not just any man. Steve believes that his hostage is none other than the devil himself.。福（欧阳震华 饰）、禄（张世 饰）、寿（李铭顺 饰）三个神仙，因为能够给人间带来喜庆祥和之气，因此深受凡人爱戴和追捧，人们给他们设立了庙堂，每日好吃好喝的供奉着，让因此受到冷落的财神和灶神心中很是愤愤不平。 三神春风得意行为举止愈发没有顾忌，最终闯下大祸，惹得玉帝（寇振海 饰）勃然大怒，开除了他们的神籍，贬入凡间。不仅如此，在玉帝的安排下，他们即将面对的是注定坎坷曲折的人生历程。福禄寿三星的消失让曾被他们压制的瘟神找到了东山再起的机会，一时间人间大乱，灾祸横行。善良的张果老（徐峥 饰）不忍看到此番景象，说服了麻姑（范文芳 饰）下凡协助三人。。
