阳光明媚的一天，平凡女孩卡拉·罗宾逊（凯蒂·道格拉斯 Katie Douglas 饰）正在自家院子里劳作。突然，一辆神色汽车停在路边，推销员模样的男人（克里斯蒂安·布鲁恩 Kristian Bruun 饰）打开车门，热情地跟女孩打着招呼。可当他走近卡拉身边时，却意外掏出一把手枪顶住女孩。男人示意卡拉不要声张，随后逼迫她钻进自己车里。车里早已放置了巨大的收纳箱，女孩被迫钻了进去，随后还被男人绑住手脚，堵住嘴巴，一路辗转来到男人的家里。男人凶狠毒辣，扭曲变态，他命令女孩要完全听命于自己，并且称自己为爸爸，接着对其发泄自己的兽欲。 危难当头，卡拉只能想方设法敷衍应付眼前的恶魔，同时找准一切时机逃离魔窟……。陈诺是XX大学音乐专业的学生，跟同系的大龙、体育系的系花司杭和计算机系的多多从高中起就是十分要好的朋友。虽然陈诺在学校很受女生们欢迎，但性格沉稳内向，因为他从小就患有梦游症，而且总是片段性失忆。一次聚会后，陈诺捡到一块古老的怀表。自此开始，他觉得一直被一名神秘人监视跟踪，生活中匪夷所思的事件接连不断的发生。与此同时，大龙也遇到神秘人，离间他们朋友间的感情逼迫大龙抢夺陈诺手中的怀表。渐渐的陈诺四人发现隐藏于怀表中的秘密，原来怀表可以带领持有者自由穿梭于各个时间轴，从而影响事件发展和结果。随着怀表的秘密被一点一点揭开，接连不断的恶性事件也随之发生。。Disarmingly realistic in its depiction of the realities of frontier life, Heartland is a strong antidote to the cliches of traditional Westerns. This semi-documentary slice of life is based on the diaries of Elmore Randall Stewart about her days on the Wyoming frontier in the early 20th century. It's a strongly feminist statement about a woman raising her small daughter alone and scrapping for a living by working for a shy Scottish rancher. Director Richard Pearce brings an endearing touch to a film that is helped greatly by the dazzling cinematography of Fred Murphy. Conchata Ferrell and Rip Torn star in this small film that substitutes veracity for a high-powered plot. Pearce worked as a cinematographer on Woodstock and other documentaries before making his directorial debut. Winner of the 1980 Berlin Golden Bear at the Berlin Film Festival。
