Two Belgian brass bands compete for the European title. One is Flemish (Sint-Cecilia), the other Walloon (En Avant). Sint Cecilia loses their soloist in dramatic circumstances and to ensure their participation in the contest they try to steal the very talented soloist from En Avant. The ball starts rolling and not everything will happen as planned.。"デ・ジ・キャラット"（通称：でじこ）は、デ・ジ・キャラット星から大女優になる夢を叶えるために秋葉原へとやって来た王女様。語尾に「にょ」をつけて話す特徴があり、ネコ耳にメイド服という最強のかわいさを備える。秋葉原に来たものの住むところのない彼女は"ゲーマーズ"の店長さんにご厄介になることに。お店で働きながら大女優を目指すというわけ。でじこのほかにも、妹のプチ・キャラット（通称：ぷちこ）や、でじこを勝手にライバル視している、うさだヒカル（自称：ラ・ビ・アン・ローズ）など、さまざまなキャラクターが登場し、"目からビーム"あり、毒舌ありの破天荒でコミカルな物語が描かれていく。。
