《不公正抽签》讲述以一个校内的事务全部由抽签来解决，就连入学考试也是一样通过抽签决定的著名高校——立桥院高校为舞台，用抽签选拔出的学生会执行部候补队伍，进行着每年一次的学生会人员地位争夺、战斗、热情的青春物语。 这个故事是作为下一期学生会执行部被选上的榎本千寻一行忍受现学生会严格的教育，直到接任为止的爱与战斗的记录……。Two young men (Jon Cryer, Rick Stear) who have been friends since early childhood decide to go on a trip to find a third friend (Rafael Baez) who has long since disappeared. Stories they have heard indicate that the friend has been seen in an apparently rambling, incoherent state at Coney Island. Their trip leads them to a number of adventures involving the otherworld-like life...。
