本剧讲述了清扫过去“污垢”的清扫公司“整理整顿”的社长木之本大助（贺来贤人饰），大助的幼驯染兼员工，因为事故而坐着轮椅生活的今井裕树（柄本时生饰），两人的学弟兼员工，和谁都能搞好关系的奥田一平（落合扶树饰），与揭露过去的“错误”报道撰稿人坂田苍（冈田将生饰），以东京·墨田区锦系町为背景，通过与各种各样的人的相遇，面对自己的过去…。Documentary which take as subject the Oberhausen Group and New German Cinema, and some of those who followed in their footsteps. It contains a glimpse of a very young Werner Herzog, here predicting the rise of home video long before the technology entered the mainstream.
