富豪李正道即将退休，将家产分给三个续弦后生下的子女，对原配的儿子李凡区别对待。没想到患病痴呆后，三个分得家产的白眼狼原形毕露，不仅对他百般虐待，甚至要杀他骗保，只有李凡不离不弃。李正道在临死前追悔莫及，但坠亡之后，他竟然奇迹重生……。本片的剧情以《假面骑士X》电视版初期集数，与日本于1974年7月25日上映的电影版“五人ライダー対キング・ダーク”为蓝本修改，叙述X骑士的诞生，到五骑士与“黑影魔王”（日版的“キングダーク”）的决战。片中黑影魔王最后并以近似永井豪漫画《大魔神》中“黑暗大将军”的造型，变身为原创巨大魔神“齐武帝王”登场。片中演员除了替换为台湾演员演出之外，部分打斗场景并以日本版的画面流用。。A wagon load of convicts on their way to prison is being escorted through the mountains by a cavalry troop.
