黎巴嫩首都贝鲁特，时局动乱。阿兰在这种夹缝中生活，他厌倦了销售代理的工作，水肺潜水是唯一的乐趣。不久，周围的世界愈发混乱，他决定放手一搏，尝试刷新水肺潜水世界纪录。特殊的社会背景下，围绕主角对水肺潜水活动的沉溺开展的心理剧。水底一呼一吸的静默，水下画面的美轮美奂，与周围世界的分崩离析形成鲜明对比，去掉直观的猎奇，从侧面解析人与社会的关系。。离开苗家多年的阿榜，回到故乡山寨，起初不适应山里的生活，后来在姐妹们和苗族小伙合当、台湾帅哥冠筠的帮助下，置身在“姊妹节”浓郁的节日气氛里，感受到民族文化的魅力，回归到淳朴精神家园。A group of young offenders are delivered to an island for a week of character building exercises after one of their fellow inmates commits suicide.. It all goes horribly wrong when they realise that there′s someone else on the island who has a pack of dogs and a crossbow with which to hunt them down.。
