故事中位于罗马市区的人气餐厅“熊的小屋”，由于老板娘的个人美学使然，员工们全是戴著老花眼镜的绅士，由于温文儒雅的绅士们带著幽默的谈吐，连带也吸引了一批发中此道的熟女老饕上门。而误闯熟女乐园的年轻女孩「妮可」，在眼镜绅士的呵护围下，似乎即将展开一段恋曲。。十年前，柳如烟嫁给英国公小公爷秦朗，柳如意嫁给穷书生。秦朗叛国致全家落难，书生却成大宰相。柳如意受封诰命，柳如烟被判流放，两人互相刺杀身亡。柳如意重生后，抢嫡姐婚事，嫁给侯门嫡子，弥补前世遗憾，再度受封诰命。。Heavily influenced by the ghostly series THE KINGDOM, the sleepwalker Karen seeks answers to the unresolved questions of the series in order to save the hospital from doom. Sound asleep one night, Karen wanders into the darkness and inexplicably ends up in front of the hospital. The gate to the Kingdom is opening once more…。
